Like any good study, results must be evaluated.
The idea behind repeat is to randomly assign our results or our data derived training programs back to a subset of our athletes (the experiment group). We will then follow this group, along with a matched group (control group) that is naive to the new methods we are proposing. After the study period (roughly six weeks), we should be able to determine if one group outperformed the other or if neither group gained a performance advantage.
